Refund policy

At BundeliHub, we take pride in delivering authentic, high-quality food products. If something is not right with your order, we’re here to help.

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.


When Returns Are Accepted

We accept returns only if:

  • The product arrived damaged or leaking

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is defective

To process your request:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Clear photo or unboxing video proof is required

  • Order ID or proof of purchase must be provided

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Cases

As our products are food items, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Requests based on personal taste or preference

  • Sale or promotional items

If you are unsure about your product’s eligibility, please contact us before sending it back.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are transferred to your bank account after receiving the required details.
