My honey thickened and crystallized in winter. Does that mean sugar syrup is added to it?
Not at all! In fact, crystallization (freezing) is the best proof that your honey is 100% pure and raw. Since we never heat or ultra-filter our honey, the natural pollen and enzymes remain intact, which causes it to thicken naturally in cold weather. Just place the jar in a bowl of warm water, and it will melt right back to liquid!
How is this wild honey different from the regular honey I buy from the supermarket?
Most commercial honey is heavily pasteurized (heated to high temperatures) and filtered, which destroys its natural nutrients. Our "Jungily Amrit" is harvested directly from wild beehives deep in the Bundelkhand forests and bottled exactly as the bees made it. It has a much richer, deeper, and completely unique earthy taste.
Is it safe to use this for my baby's cough or immunity?

Since it is raw and unprocessed, will it have wax pieces or impurities in it?

Does raw forest honey expire quickly? How should I store it?
Pure honey is one of those magical foods that practically never spoils! We mention a shelf life of 24 months, but as long as you store it in a cool, dry place and avoid putting a wet spoon into the jar, it will stay fresh, delicious, and potent for a very long time.
